Invest In Your Child Final Update

MCES Parade Float

We are about one week away from the NHS Homecoming Parade. The MCES float is in the process of being built but we need a little help with the decorations. We would love to use the following color sheets to decorate the float. If your child would like to color one or both of the gingerbread coloring sheets please print and color them at home, and send them back to school. The teachers will make sure they are given to the PTO for decorating.

MCES Spirit Wear

The MCES spirit wear store is now open. Click HERE to shop all of the new swag, including new field trip shirts. All spirit wear will be delivered to your child's classroom. We also recommend ordering your child's field trip shirt by September 31st to ensure they will have it in time for all classroom field trips.

Happy Cart Sign Up

What is a "Happy Cart"? The Happy Cart is a rolling cart full of goodies that is wheeled around to all faculty and staff. It is a simple way to remind all our wonderful teachers and staff how appreciated they are.

Book Fair Volunteers

The Fall Book Fair is coming September 28th- October 5th! Mr. Taylor, the MCES Librarian, is in need of volunteers to help kids shop and to help manage crowds for open shopping times. If you would like to sign-up to help during the book fair, please click HERE

Wanted: Cafeteria Helpers

The MCES cafeteria is in need of Lunchroom Volunteers. Duties include: assisting students through the lunch line, advising students of their menu choices, helping to open drinks & condiments and lending a hand with any other minor task.

Lost & Found

Our Lost and Found needs your help! Our goal this year is to keep our Lost and Found more organized. We are looking for volunteers to come sort through the clothes. The racks will be sectioned by size. So you will organize by size while checking for names on clothes. If you are able to help, visit the Lost & Found Sign-Up.

Sewing Help Needed

Do You Sew? The PTO is currently having security shades made for all of the classroom doors. If you can help, please reach out to the Projects Chair. All materials will be provided. mcesprojects@gmail.com

Lawn Edging & Trash Clean Up

The MCES Beautification Committee needs your help. The purpose of this committee is to fill in the gaps in campus upkeep that the school district is not contracted to do. If you are able to volunteer your time please check out the following sign-ups:
