Updating Your PTO Account Info

The following information was sent out in an email to all of our PTO members this past Thursday. If you did not receive that email, please be sure to contact mcesptocommunications@gmail.com to let us know.

Thank you so much to all of you for taking the first step in supporting Mill Creek Elementary by joining as a 2023-2024 PTO member.

We have one very important housekeeping request. We need you to log into your PTO Membership Toolkit account and make sure your account information is correct and up-to-date.

Ensuring accurate family and student information is important for a variety of PTO functions, including successful delivery of Spirit Wear orders and making sure the correct classes & teachers earn rewards for things like the membership drives and fundraisers! Since many of you joined the PTO before school even started, a lot of the students' grade level and teacher assignments are either missing or still showing last year's assignments.

If you are unsure how to correctly update your account information, please visit our "How Do I Do That" page for detailed directions. We are asking that all families do this as soon as possible. You can access your account by clicking HERE.

The MCES PTO could not do what we do for our students, teachers & staff without the support of the amazing MCES families and local businesses. PTO Activities

MCES Spirit Wear

The MCES spirit wear store is now open. Click HERE to shop all of the new swag, including new field trip shirts. All spirit wear will be delivered to your child's classroom. We also recommend ordering your child's field trip shirt by September 31st to ensure they will have it in time for all classroom field trips.

Teacher & Staff Favorites Lists are now updated and live on our website. Please take time to look these over. Several new categories have been added this year so there are lots of goodies to choose from. Let's spoil all our teachers and support staff! You can view the Favorites Lists here.

Happy Cart Sign Up

What is a "Happy Cart"? The Happy Cart is a rolling cart full of goodies that is wheeled around to all faculty and staff. It is a simple way to remind all our wonderful teachers and staff how appreciated they are.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Interest Form

As the year progresses, more and more volunteer needs will arise. If you are interested in volunteering please take a moment to fill out our "Volunteer Interest" form.

Wanted: Cafeteria Helpers

The MCES cafeteria is in need of Lunchroom Volunteers. Duties include: assisting students through the lunch line, advising students of their menu choices, helping to open drinks & condiments and lending a hand with any other minor task.

Lost & Found

Our Lost and Found needs your help! Our goal this year is to keep our Lost and Found more organized. We are looking for volunteers to come sort through the clothes. The racks will be sectioned by size. So you will organize by size while checking for names on clothes. If you are able to help, visit the Lost & Found Sign-Up.

Lawn Edging & Trash Clean Up

The MCES Beautification Committee needs your help. The purpose of this committee is to fill in the gaps in campus upkeep that the school district is not contracted to do. If you are able to volunteer your time please check out the following sign-ups:
